Check your progress.Reach level 300 and complete the Saber puzzle.
Save the fee.The wiki lists 750,000 to learn the ability.
Find the teacher.Visit the Instinct Teacher in Upper Skylands.
Train your dodges.Dodge attacks with Instinct active to gain experience, and ask the teacher to check your progress.
